Anxiety is a normal feeling that happens when we are stressed.
It is common for young people to feel anxious as they grow and learn about the world.
But it is also important for them to know how to handle these feelings. They should be able to tell the difference between normal worry and serious anxiety that affects their everyday life.
The “Talking About Anxiety” animation and toolkit by Anna Freud help young people, aged 11 to 13, learn how to understand and deal with anxiety.
